伊斯蘭教對食物有明確的規定,合乎教法規定的食物 我們稱為合法 ( HALAL ) 食品。  

因為在處理的過程中,非常注意清潔衛生,亦被稱為「清真」食品。 除原料來源與選擇外,食品工廠設備產線亦是認證著重的部分,工廠或廚房生產認證產品必須獨立產線,不得與非認證產品共用,確保不會有交叉汙染的狀況產生。如此嚴謹約束下所製造之產品,始能提供乾淨、衛生與健康之食物,提供友善穆斯林的食品並符合清真。

Halal Certification

Halal products are compliant with the precepts of Islamic Law and therefore processed in accordance with strict hygiene and safety standards.  

Apart from raw material sourcing and selection, certification requires plant, kitchen and production line inspections. Companies that produce both Halal and non-Halal products must have independent production lines and storage to prevent cross-contamination. Products produced under these strict standards are clean, sanitary, and healthy. They are also Muslim-friendly as they meet Islamic requirements.  

Being Halal-certified means New Cheng's products are suitable for Muslim consumers.
